Interactive Gait Assistance Experience Lab is taking shape
Our Interactive Gait Assistance Experience Lab is taking shape at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg… you might remember the very big parcel on the foto that I posted the week before last week.
It contained a Humotech Caplex system that was meanwhile installed and combined with our Motek Medical B.V. GRAIL. With Vicon Motion Capture and Delsys EMG, we are looking forward to push research on Wearable Robotics, Actuation, MotorControl, Biomechanics, and more.
After needing to jointly overcome several organizational hurldes, we are glad to make that happen with Candice Caputo, Josh Caputo, and the Humotech team. Thanks a lot!
Not to forget our collaborators Anne Koelewijn, Claudio Castellini, Sigrid Leyendecker, and Bjoern Eskofier, as well as all the contributors in our research groups… and finally FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg and Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft (DFG) – German Research Foundation for funding.
